Hello Yuliya and Allan I’m writing you back from Portugal to share with you the wonderful experience that was my visit to Grodno in Belarus from March the 23rd to 27th to meet with Irina, the marvelous lady that I am corresponding with. All of the details were taken care by the Agency in Grodno, and very well managed by Maya. The professionalism and competence were shown since the first`s stages of my booking and reservation`s. The knowledge of the entire process, necessary request`s and the simple and clear elucidations about all the needing details to enter and travel thru Belarus were so clear that left me relaxed about it. All the details were very well token care by Maya. So I was only concerned in what was really important for me, meet Irina. The concern and constant attention continued during my visit and they really made me feel at home. I am used to be spoiled... but not so much. Thank you for your great and professional service, really appreciated it. It is a must and I recommend it to everyone. I just don`t think that I will need it more because things between Irina and me started well during our correspondence translated by the agency, better during our SKYPE conversations with Maya as an interpreter and our relation just exploded now after we meet. I am very grateful for the service that provided me the opportunity to meet such a wonderful lady like I did. If everyone had the same luck that I have the world would be much better.
