Montreal, Quebec – November 23, 2010 – My Partner Forever, an international dating and matchmaking service, recently responded to an increasing number of Russian women seeking a future life partner in Germany by translating their website in German. Single men from Germany can now easily use their dating site and matchmaking service to find a future Bride in Russia.

“It is estimated that there are approximately 180 Million German speaking people around the world while it is the main language for half of them. We have seen an increasing number of German-Russian couples in the last year and we decided to offer single German men information on our dating and matchmaking services in their native language.” said Alain Lalonde, founder and operations manager of My Partner Forever.

Mrs. Yuliya Kuneyeva, Co-founder and Marketing Director of MyPartnerForever explains, “Many Russian women know the German language or at least have learnt it in school, which means that with a little practice, they can become functional quite rapidly. Their common language is one of the reasons why our single Russian women are interested in German men for husbands.”

Lalonde added “Another reason is the geographical proximity between Russia and Germany. Proximity can be a bonus in regards of future family visits and reunions. Although they are not exactly neighboring countries, it is only a short flight between major cities of Russia and Germany and even closer for Ukraine and Belarus where many of our Russian brides reside.”

Kuneyeva added “Although common language and geographical proximity can be a bonus, one thing is for sure: love has no language and no border. I moved with my husband in Canada with only very basic English skills and within a few months, I became quite functional. With hard work and love, anything is possible.”

More and more singles from distant countries find each other with the help of international dating sites. Although this phenomenon existed at the turn of the 20th century known as mail order brides, today’s technology allows for singles to get to know each other in many ways before determining if there is chemistry and a possible match.
